Fred Windbiel

 

 
Fred J. (Skip) Windbiel holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.After serving as an Air Force Pilot he has worked with small businesses for over 33 years, 20 of which have been as owner of General Tax Services, Inc.Skip has extensive knowledge of how small businesses make money and how to keep it.He has set up hundreds of small businesses and taken them from the incubator stage to multi-million dollar companies.
 
Skip has extensive knowledge of how to make small businesses more profitable and specializes in minimizing the legal taxes that small businesses and individuals have to pay. He is licensed for Life and Health Insurance sales and is an annual member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Skip serves on numerous small business Boards of Directors and is currently treasurer of two non-profit organizations.Skip is married with two children and 3 grandchildren.

 

 
Frank Porter
 
Frank Porter is a 1973 graduate from Washington and Lee University with a BA degree in Economics. He has worked with small businesses for over 15 years and has been a professional tax preparer since 1981. Frank is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks 2007 and QuickBooks 2008.
He is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. He has served both as a VISTA volunteer and as an AmeriCorps member. In his spare time he enjoys service to the community, acting, playing soccer and coaching recreational soccer. He is the father of four children. 
 
Brenda Tuck

Brenda Tuck is a graduate of Radford College with a BS in Education. She taught 1st and 2nd grades for several years. She has worked in various Administrative and Bookkeeping positions for Richmond based companies. She has been the Administrative Assistant for GTS since December 2005.
 
Jesselyn Webster
Jesselyn (Jing) Webster is a degreed accountant and has been working with GTS since 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree major in Accounting from Xavier University and has 13 years of accounting experience.
